Fully automatic and programmable testing devices

With the modern control center, all test plans are programmed and the testing process is managed. The communication display provides the user with all necessary information at every stage.

Test combinations

The test systems can include high-voltage testers, insulation testers, protective conductor testers, as well as leakage current testers. Three test combinations are possible:

Test Combination 1: High Voltage and Insulation Testing
Test Combination 2: High Voltage, Insulation, and Protective Conductor Testing
Test Combination 3: High Voltage, Insulation, Protective Conductor, and Leakage Current Testing

Free programming of all parameters for protective conductor, insulation, high voltage, leakage current, and functional testing
Logging via integrated serial RS-232 interface and optional CAN-Bus / IEEE-Bus interface
Ramp operation: independently separated and freely programmable rising and falling ramps (no test object-damaging spikes)
Integrated contact monitoring through minimum current surveillance

Protective conductor test up to 30 A

Insulation test up to 1000 V and 1 GΩ

Candy testing software

In addition to protective conductor, insulation, high voltage, and leakage current testing, functional tests including relay matrices can be controlled with these test devices. The associated testing software CANDY enables efficient handling of all tests. Measurement values are fully automatically stored professionally in a statistics package. All tests can also be programmed and executed directly at the intelligent control center without a PC.
