erfi has raised the new training campus of the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) to a whole new level. The campus was equipped with 19 ultra-modern rooms, including 19-inch server cabinets, the latest elneos six device system and the advanced room control software highlink power. With an order volume of over 5 million euros, this training facility is one of the largest in Europe for erfi.

Erfi defines the benchmark with its offered laboratory system and was selected through a highly demanding sample evaluation process!

A new vocational training program has started at the Volkswagen site in Salzgitter.
This forward-looking profession is called Electronics Technicians for Information and Systems Technology – abbreviated as EIS.

The first so-called EIS lab was officially opened on January 9, 2020, and many came to see the technical and innovative “erfi lab.”

Two consecutive major orders were carried out for the Khalifa University campus in Abu Dhabi. With over 300 laboratory tables, for an order value of around 4 million and a wide variety of technical designs, Khalifa University opted for erfi technology. Only the elneos range was able to meet the high requirements and with elneos® five and elneos® connect in the system, the modern laboratories once again receive the most powerful technology in the industry.

erfi supplied the complete equipment for the development department at the new location in Munich. The equipment comprised 37 laboratory table combinations in ESD design of the elneos connect series, consisting of 3 units each, which were individually adapted to the customer’s requirements.

erfi supplies the equipment for various laboratories for the new construction of the vocational school I and vocational school for information technology as well as the vocational high school in Landshut with an order volume of around 400,000 euros. The new building is a measure for the renovation, restructuring and expansion of the campus and a milestone for the state vocational schools in Landshut.

Airbus Helicopters, as part of the international Airbus Group, is a global leader in the manufacturing of helicopters for industry and military applications. In addition to development, research, production, and assembly of helicopters at the German headquarters, Airbus operates a training center in Donauwörth. For this center, erfi fully equipped two training laboratories, each with 10 workstations.

With the new erfi end-of-line test systems, electrical safety and functional tests will be carried out even more efficiently and precisely in future – directly at the end of production. A strong step for more quality, safety and efficiency!

erfi supplies Moog in Böblingen with a fully automatic, mobile testing system for control valves and explosion protection valves. Moog specializes in high-performance drive and control technology for test and simulation applications in the automotive and aerospace industries as well as for industrial applications and motor sports. The portfolio includes motion and machine controls, actuators, servo controllers, servo motors, control valves, radial piston pumps and simulation platforms.

The test system manufactured for Inheco is based on the innovative elneos connect laboratory furniture system and is height-adjustable using an electric motor. This means that all work can be carried out sitting or standing. The safety testing technology is located in a 19″ base cabinet. A comprehensive test system from the CANclass Compact Tester device series performs all safety-related tests. The electrical safety tests are carried out fully automatically and without manual reconnection. The functional tests are carried out by the elneos five device series.

In June, erfi was able to provide four fully automated test systems for testing ceramic hobs for Miele. The innovative Candy Power 2017 testing software and the newly developed CANclass 2017 generation of compact testers make the test systems unbeatable. Miele was also impressed by the numerous reference projects with a similar task structure for the white goods and kitchen appliances product environment.

erfi was able to win the competition for the test systems.
The decisive reasons for awarding the contract were erfi’s innovative strength, the new device technologies and the clearly structured and innovative Candy Power 2015 software.
