The Top Job Fair 2025 was far more than just another trade show visit for us.
It was an inspiring day full of encounters, conversations, and new perspectives — and, above all, a powerful testament to the strong interest in real future opportunities.
Many visitors came with specific questions, but also with genuine curiosity:
What makes erfi stand out as an employer? What can I expect from the training program? What kind of career development does a mid-sized tech company offer — today and in the future?
The answer is simple: At erfi, people are at the center of everything we do — just like innovation, precision, and collaboration.
We train with conviction and believe in sustainable development over short-term solutions.

The fair once again showed us that young people are looking for more than just a job – they seek purpose, security, growth opportunities, and a respectful environment. This became clear in many open and engaged conversations.
