February 2017 – Puls relies on elneos!
Puls is the only manufacturer in the world to focus entirely on the development and production of DIN rail power supplies. With this focus, Puls sets standards in terms of efficiency, size and service life.
erfi supplied the complete equipment for the development department at the new site in Munich. The equipment comprised 37 laboratory table combinations in ESD design of the elneos connect series, each consisting of 3 units, which were individually adapted to customer requirements.
Laboratory bench and add-on unit
The 3 U aluminum channel is equipped with a power supply unit and various other supply units. The desk unit is manually height-adjustable, has two storage shelves with cable duct and vertical Expand profiles as channels with a basic supply and for flexible media routing. The unit has intelligent LED workstation lighting and signal status lights on the upper part of the table structure.
The supplementary add-on table is also equipped with a vertical Expand profile and the work surface can be individually adjusted thanks to the built-in height adjustment. The flexibility of elneos connect impressed the company, as the free arrangement of the three table units in any configuration without extensive conversion work is a particular advantage.
Useful details of the unit
- Easy conversion of the combination from left to right or as an angle,
- Manual height adjustment from 750 to 850 mm via the expansion profile,
- indented cable flap for access between perforated panel and flap,
- LAN cable in the cable tray fitted with an additional feed-through coupling,
- Cable tray accessible from the rear for optimum wiring;
