With a strong presence at productronica 2025, we demonstrated why Freudenstadt is considered an innovative high-tech location. We showed how intelligent systems, modern measurement technology, and digital process integration can bring about lasting change in electronics manufacturing.

The centerpiece of our trade fair presentation was the elneos six device system. It comprises laboratory power supplies, function and arbitrary generators, and digital multimeters that enable precise current measurements up to 40 A. We are particularly proud of the contactless 3D gesture control, which allows intuitive and ergonomic operation.

Another focus was on our Assembly Workflow Management (AWM) software solution. It integrates assembly sequences directly into the production and testing processes, maps work steps in accordance with ISO 9001, and enables comprehensive visualization via images, video, and CAD. Functions such as pick-and-place support, barcode control, and statistical evaluations noticeably increase process reliability and efficiency.

In the field of testing technology, we presented the CANDY test software with dynamic test plan creation and the CANclass Compact Tester. This allows high-voltage, insulation, protective conductor, and leakage current tests to be carried out reliably – for fast, safe, and precise end-of-line testing of all electronic products.

With our new developments, we are once again underlining our pioneering role in the field of intelligent, ergonomic workplace solutions. We set standards in design, functionality, and efficiency.
