New erfi laboratory facilities at Siemens in Düsseldorf

The central Siemens training center in NRW has opted for erfi laboratory systems.
erfi supplied and installed the very extensive premises.

• 8 remote-controlled electronics laboratories with a total of 208 workstations
• 4 laboratories with electrically height-adjustable swivel tables.
• 4 laboratories each with 6-corner electronic workbench islands and extensive wall-mounted workstations for teamwork and individual projects.
• All workstations with unique indication light across the entire width of the table to display various table statuses (low and low voltage, EMERGENCY STOP).

108 elneos six device systems equipped with:

• with laboratory power supply units 0-32V/0-10A
• two power and energy meters
• two digital multimeters
• dual function generators
• Parameterization of four devices simultaneously: two trainees operate the large display at the same time
• 5-channel data logger: Enables the simultaneous storage and graphical display of all measured variables. (e.g. temperature, current, voltage, active power and CosPhi)
  erfi-Hygienic – The unique operating concept using 3D gestures: Specially developed sensors detect hand movements at a distance of up to 7 cm and enable the device to be controlled without physical contact. A new dimension in terms of hygiene and ease of use
• Integrated web server: Thanks to intelligent technology, every elneos six can be controlled remotely on any tablet without software. The user interfaces are displayed 1:1 on the end device
• The design award-winning device system (Winner German Design Award 2022) ensures a uniquely high-quality appearance. The glass operating surfaces are vandal-proof and elegant. Each screen of the 8″ display follows the design guidelines of erfi. It is not for nothing that elneos six is the leader in the market for electronic laboratory equipment for education and industry.

  For installation technology and switch cabinet assembly. Oiled multiplex work surfaces with storage spaces underneath and above.
