August 2016 – State Vocational School I and Vocational High School in Landshut
erfi supplies the equipment for various laboratories for the new construction of the vocational school I and vocational school for information technology as well as the vocational high school in Landshut with an order volume of around 400,000 euros. The new building is a measure for the renovation, restructuring and expansion of the campus and a milestone for the state vocational schools in Landshut.
The scope of delivery, including commissioning, includes the equipment for a total of 17 specialist and functional laboratories as well as rooms for the teaching materials collection, which include custom-made storage shelves for perforated sheet metal walls. In addition to the laboratory tables, numerous theory and practice tables have been placed in the middle of the labs, which are equipped with switches and power strips for connecting laptops.
The labs are used by the specialist groups:
- Installation and energy technology,
- Control, automation and communication technology,
- mechatronics,
- IT systems / programming,
- IT system electronics and computer science.
Construction of the laboratory benches
The basic structure of the tables is implemented in the elneos connect laboratory furniture system and carries an experiment frame above the equipment superstructure to accommodate the perforated sheet walls. The equipment superstructure itself is implemented in the elneos five and highlab equipment systems.
The elneos five appliance system offers a high degree of flexibility and is extremely powerful, partly because its innovative design allows it to accommodate several appliances in one. In Landshut, the elneos five device system was equipped with the following functions:
- Precision control set and measuring device 2-fold,
- precision digital universal multimeter and
- dual function generator including modulation.
The other equipment of the table-top installation, including highlab, includes a universal tester, a fixed 1- and 3-phase as well as a floating AC voltage supply, a controllable AC voltage and fixed DC voltage supply as well as a compressed air supply and various interfaces.
