The new elneos® assembly table – assembly and testing from a single source!
At our unique trade fair stand in Hall 11, Stand B46, we will be presenting our new elneos assembly table, our elneos connect laboratory tables and the elneos five electronic device system alongside the erfi test systems. With this new product series and its renowned design awards, we are setting completely new standards in the working world of the electronics industry.
Modern and intuitive usability through the design and application of the erfi software.
The tried-and-tested CANDY testing software has been thoroughly revised and can now also be operated using a tablet PC such as the iPad. With the new version of the Candy testing software, large-scale erfi testing systems, for example, can be conveniently programmed. Within a very short time, the customer creates his desired test plan and receives a systematic and clear documentation of his measurement results. A roller conveyor embedded in the table top links the various work steps together. The erfi assembly software AWM is used as an assembly aid. This shows the user all the necessary work steps and is also iPad-compatible.
All tools required during assembly, such as small parts trays and operating elements, are ergonomically arranged around the worker and are perfectly within reach of the hands. This makes assembly work much easier, as no elements are out of sight. The storage shelves provide additional storage space, for example for the new elneos five device system. The entire assembly island is height-adjustable and can therefore be used as a fully-fledged standing workstation – an important aspect for a modern workplace.
The new elneos® five device system
The new brand elneos five stands for five electronic devices, but it also stands for the unique new experience of controlling these devices by touch using gesture control with up to five fingers. The synergetic use of a wide range of innovative technologies brings numerous advantages that make erfi and elneos the technology leader in the electrical engineering sector.
The connection panel of elneos five with its color-coded RGB ring lighting is equipped with a disappearing effect. When the rings are not illuminated, they disappear and are invisible.
The RGB ring lighting lights up in red, blue or white, depending on the function.
elneos five has a modern web server for remote control of all devices via a web browser. Static web pages are displayed on a web browser. The device functions can all be controlled remotely via the SCPI standard.
The new elneos® connect workstation system
The new elneos connect workstation and furniture system is characterized by its structural flexibility and extreme lightness. elneos connect is timeless in its design and yet offers colour integration into an existing training or company context
The sophisticated profile system enables, among other things, the mounting and uninterrupted routing of cables, the adjustment of the working height via a stable hydraulic height adjustment and the connection to a table-transferring bridge. All this is made possible by the so-called connector. It connects the frame construction to the table and frees the profiles from the pure load-bearing function. The Connector enables absolutely homogeneous media guidance through the table structure. The workplace lighting of elneos connect, which can be adjusted in terms of brightness, light color and inclination, is a highlight thanks to RGB LED technology and sensory color coding. In addition, elneos connect can be equipped with an indication light at the front to show the status of the desk.
