At the productronica 2015 trade fair in Munich, we will be presenting the new standalone enclosure range, the new 19″ table and cockpit superstructures, integrated web servers and Industry 4.0.<\/h2>\n <\/div> \n
\n

The new standalone aluminum enclosure range was developed for the elneos<\/span> five, basic and highlab<\/span> device series and meets the high demands of the device series. With the professional 19 \u201cmounting technology, 19\u201d\/3 U part racks can be optimally integrated.
Side functional handles made of injection-molded plastic parts with an integrated recess ensure good handling. A generous ventilation system in the side panels guarantees the supply of fresh air.<\/p>\n

The new housing concept enables the integration of different appliance models with two different installation depths and any width.<\/p>\n

The new enclosures are ideal for use as table-top superstructures and cockpits and can accommodate all 3 U devices from the elneos<\/span> five, highlab<\/span> and basic device series. They are a sensible alternative to the previous superstructures and cockpits made of laminate material. The new functional elements include a ventilation system that ensures sufficient air flow even when the units are arranged in rows!<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n

Another new development is the integrated web server. The web server enables direct access to the device groups without additional software: Control power supplies, digital multimeters<\/span>, function generators, fast signal arbitrary generators. A very powerful interface module inside elneos<\/span> five makes it possible to transfer this graphical user interface to the PC. This gives elneos<\/span> five a top position in the ranking of remote-controlled devices.<\/p>\n

Industry 4.0<\/span> – assembly and testing from a single source!
The networking of laboratory and assembly workstations, test systems, service areas and development departments.
The software packages \u201cCANDY\u201d (software for test systems), \u201cAWM<\/span>\u201d Assembly Workflow<\/span> Management (software for assembly processes) and the room control software \u201chighlink<\/span> Power\u201d combine the required data in an SQL<\/span> database. A high level of security is guaranteed thanks to the modern programming technology and the associated SQL<\/span> database.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n
